Our goal is to ensure that each home buyer understands all aspects of their new home including all mechanical systems, warranty terms, and all other components of the home. Therefore, Nicholson Custom Home Building requires weekly “walk-throughs.” These take place between the home buyer and Terry Nicholson to completely review and examine all aspects of the home – both inside and out.
Nicholson Custom Home Building takes great pride in the homes we construct and the neighborhoods in which we build. In support of this commitment, Nicholson Custom Home Building provides each home with a limited one-year warranty.
Site Selection
It is important to focus on the size, style, and location of your future home. We are familiar with the building codes and deed restrictions of every local neighborhood.

Quality Control
